Call
for proposals of papers, performances and audiovisual presentations
There
are four different ways to participate in this Encontro:
•
Presenting a paper for conference on one of the key themes
listed below. Oral presentations of papers be a maximum
of 30 minutes.
• Contributing to a specific roundtable discussion.
These discussions will be organised as working groups with
a coordinator. Oral presentations of papers be a maximum
of 15 minutes, with additional 5 minutes for discussion.
•
A music or dance performance - maximum of 30 minutes
• Presenting audio-visual material – maximum
of 30 minutes

These are the key themes proposed so far. However, should
any member wish to propose a new key theme, or have a proposal
for a paper or performance which does not come within the
guidelines, please send your ideas to: jairmm@criar.art.br
Submition of proposals
The Encontro committee will consider and evaluate all proposals
that are submitted. All proposals should be submitted by
the exclusive form below by 11th November 2007.
The complete programme of the 3rd International Encontro
of Sambistas with conferences, roundtable discussions, music
and dance performances and audiovisual presentations will
be finalized and published by 2nd december 2007 on website
